Max McClure completed a BA in Photography at the University of The West of England this year. Prior to this, he worked in Bristol at 'Phase 7' modeling agency as photographer and manager.
Max was born in Bristol but spent his childhood growing up in Co. Clare, Ireland and completed his Leaving Certificate in 2003. After travelling extensively he returned to the UK in 2005 to work and train in photography.
In his work, he is interested in bringing together the conventional ideas and imagery found in the traditional art of photography, such as documentary and reportage, with contemporary popular culture, symbolism and fine-art, using digital photography and computer software.
His particular areas of interest as a photographer are: Man-Made Spaces, Cityscapes, Landscapes, Fashion and Film Stills.
